Hi I am Dharna, a yoga teacher and a yoga counselor certified from “The yoga institute “,sharing all things in wellness both body and mind since past 8 years. I began my yoga teaching journey as a certified yoga shasthri from” Bhavans Yoga Bharti “and continued my learnings thereon .With a history of teaching yoga to a vast and diverse range of individuals from children,adults to senior citizens,I am also passionate about curating and creating workshops for working professionals,frequent flyers,sports enthusiasts and more. “I have had sciatica pain since a few years now. I was taking physiotherapy to make it subside and give me relief but in the process I was not able to focus on my weight loss.Coming to u has given me everything under one roof: physiotherapy exercises…other exercises for my toning and weight loss keeping the sciatica in mind . Not exerting at the point of pain at all.
